2010 Porsche Panamera Pricing to Range from $89,800-$132,600
Porsche has announced the pricing for its upcoming 2010 Panamera four-door sedan. Pricing for the luxury sedan will range from $89,800 - $132,600 when it is released this fall.
The base rear-wheel-drive Panamera S with a 400-hp 4.8L V8 will start at $89,800. The all-wheel-drive Panamera 4S with the same 4.8L engine starts at $93,800. The all-wheel-drive Panamera Turbo with its 500-hp twin-turbo 4.8-liter V8 will start at $132,600.
The Panamera is expected in showrooms this October.
Aston Martin V12 Vantage to be Unveiled in Geneva
Aston Martin is set to unveil a new V12 powered Vantage at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
The V12 Vantage is powered by a 6.0L V12 engine that puts out 510 horsepower and 420 lb-ft. of torque. It reaches 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph.
Aston Martin only plans on producing 1,000 units with deliveries beginning in the third quarter of 2009.
LA 2008: Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder Unveiled
Lamborghini has unveiled the Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder at the LA Auto Show.
The convertible version of the Gallardo LP 560-4 Coupe is powered by a 560 horsepower 5.2L V10 engine. It reaches 0-62 mph in 4.0 seconds and has a top speed of 201 mph.
On the outside the Spyder features new headlights with LEDs and a completely redesigned tail. The top that can come in black, blue, grey or beige can be lowered in 20 seconds.
Aston Martin One-77 Photos Leaked...More than 700 HP for $2 Million
Leaked photos of the upcoming Aston Martin One-77 supercar have leaked onto the web.
Once production begins Aston Martin's newest flagship will go for around £1.2 million (roughly $2 million) and production will be limited to 77 units. Surprisingly Aston Martin has already received 100 orders for the car, which means the car is already sold out.
The One-77 will be powered by a 7.3L V12 engine with more than 700 horsepower, which will propel the car up to speeds over 200 mph with a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds. The engine will be mated to a rear-mounted transmission. Left and right hand drive versions will also be available.
BMW to Launch a "Green" Supercar by 2012
BMW is working on a new "green" supercar that will be launched by the end of 2012. The new BMW supercar would rival the Audi R8 and upcoming Mercedes SLC.
The new supercar will showcase BMW's EfficientDynamics system, which combines fuel-saving technology such as direct injection, brake energy regeneration and stop-start.
Sources claim that the two-seater will be a modern day M1, which may draw cues from the M1 Hommage Concept that was unveiled earlier this year.
It's rumored that the yet to be named supercar will be powered by BMW's twin-turbocharged, 3.0-liter straight six and will get gas mileage that is equivalent to the 5 Series.
Lamborghini Estoque 4-Door Concept Revealed
For the past few weeks Lamborghini has been teasing us with teaser images of its four door concept, but now we have our first look at the full car thanks to AutoJournal.
The Estoque Concept borrows a few design elements from the Reventon supercar like the huge air intakes in the front bumper. It's now being rumored that the concept is going to have the same 5.5L V10 engine as the Gallardo LP 560-4 mated to an all-wheel-drive system.

Mercedes has unveiled the ultimate McLaren SLR, the SLR 722 S Roadster, which features the same 650 horsepower 5.5L V8 mated to a five-speed automatic as the coupe.
The SLR 722 S Roadster reaches 0-62 mph in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed over 200 mph. The Roadster also features a semi-automatic top that can be lowered in ten seconds.
Only 150 of these very special roadsters is going to be produced and will be available on January 1, 2009.
